BHM: Self Care und Healing Workshop für TRAs und leibliche BIPoC in weißen Familien -Teil 2

As part of Black Histroy Month, we also want to talk to you about Self Care and Healing. The workshop "Interactive Self Care & Healing Workshop for TRAs and Biological BIPoC in White Families" is aimed at Transracial Adoptees (TRAs) and BIPoC who grew up in (majority) white families. About the format: I am happy to welcome all BIPoC and Transracial Adoptees (TRAs) to my workshop on Self Care and Healing who consciously want to do more Self Care and/or are in the healing process or are just starting it. In the workshop you can exchange ideas, give tips and get useful input from me so that you can take care of healthy self-care and healing. I look forward to seeing you, your thoughts and the exchange with you. About the speaker: My name is Elli and I am a student, Black adoptee, Black woman, anti-racist thinker and activist who deals with transracial family constellations and transracial adoptions. Above all, it is important to me to highlight and make visible my voice and the voices of other BIPoC from transracial families. I am a hostess of four Safer Spaces for Black, BIPoC and White parents to support them in dealing with (their) adoption, skin color and racism and to facilitate an exchange. Please register by e-mail at c.bruechert@vkii-ruhrbezirk.de and indicate your positioning when registering. We look forward to seeing you!
